I've made a mistake with my order, what can I do?
If you have ordered the wrong style or colour or just had a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible so the changes can be made.
Orders are usually sent at 3pm each day (excluding weekends) so please bear this in mind when attempting to change your order.

If your order has already been dispatched, we can accept a return or exchange, but postage and packaging costs will be at your expense.
Did my order go through?
If you are unsure whether your order went through or not, please check your email inbox and spam folder for our confirmation email. If you have created a Growlees account prior to ordering, your order will also show up there.
